Just wanted to report that the Galvanized Metal 10PAN arrived today. The fit and finish are excellent and fit perfectly in the MidWest 748UP. We are very pleased with customer support and the construction of both the kennel and the 10PAN. Here’s hoping that our little “angel” will be as pleased with it as we are!!!

Regarding the 4PAN/1842PAN
Just now, via UPS, I received my dog crate pan for my discontinued Bay Isle crate & the fit is perfect!! It's an attractive plastic wicker crate I use as an end table, but for years, I haven't been able to find a replacement pan. It arrived in time for my new pup I pick up from a rescue Sunday. I don't see anywhere to write reviews on your site (you could direct me to where to write one) so I thought I should at least send a follow-up thank you. Very pleased!

We finally received the pan. It and the new crate were in good shape, and all is good. We will likely donate the first crate to the shelter where we adopt our dogs.
